Biography:

July 25, 2013 – The Victoria Generals have added right-handed pitcher Tyler Schnuriger to the active roster to help them finish out the final three weeks of the Texas Collegiate League season. Schnuriger was a member of the Generals’ 2012 team that made it to the TCL Championship Series.

Schnuriger made nine starts for the Generals just a summer ago and posted a 2-4 record with a 3.78 ERA. The right-hander struck out 38 batters in 54.2 innings of work.

Schnuriger, a native of San Antonio, recently completed his sophomore season at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. Schnuriger struck out 23 batters in 22.1 innings on the season.
